The DCSD School District is committed to ensuring a safe environement at all athletic events. Please adhere to these guidelines:
- Clear bags only (exceptions--diaper bags and camera cases)
- Backpacks and bookbags prohibited
- All attendees must sit in the stands except when visiting the concession stand or restrooms
- No entry/re-entry for spectators after half-time

First Semester Sports
Volleyball
Druid Hills Middle School’s Dragon Volleyball is the current reigning DCSD Champion and we’re ready to go back-to-back in 2024!
- The Dragon Volleyball A & B teams are open to female DHMS students in grades 6-8.
- A non-competitive boys’ team will be added for 2024 pending interest at try-outs.
- A minimum commitment from 10 boys is required to add a team.
- Practices are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 4:30p-6:30p, in the DHMS Gym.
- Matches are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays in August and September.
- Dues have not yet been finalized for the 2024 season but will not exceed $350.
- Try-outs are Tuesday, 8/6, & Wednesday, 8/7, 4:30p-6:30p in the DHMS Gym.
- Athletes will not be permitted to try-out without a complete and clear profile on DragonFly Max.
- Teams will be announced via email no later than 11p on Wednesday 8/7.
- A mandatory parent meeting for all selected athletes will take place on Thursday, 8/8 at 5p.
