To serve you better, DeKalb County School District uses an online portal for all registration needs. Families no longer bring documentation to the school but complete all transactions using the online portal through Infinite Campus. The online portal services both new, returning, and transferring students to the DeKalb County School District.  

REGISTRATION & ENROLLMENT

NEW STUDENTS

Parents of students who have never been enrolled in DeKalb County School District before or were not enrolled in DCSD within the previous school year should register through the DCSD Online Registration site and complete a New Student Registration Application.

CURRENT DHMS STUDENTS

Parents of students who are already enrolled at Druid Hills MS or are rising 6th graders from our feeder schools (Attendance zone or School Choice IB Lottery) should complete the Current Student/Annual Verification process for registration through a parent/guardian’s Infinite Campus Parent Portal account. Information about the Parent Portal can be found below.

TRANSFER STUDENTS (within the district)

Parents of students who are transferring from another DCSD school should complete the Current Student/Annual Verification through the parent/guardian’s Parent Portal before withdrawal from the current DCSD school. Please note the application number and send an email to DHMS Registrar Ms. Cloud ([email protected]) with your intent to enroll. Please contact the current school for further withdrawal procedures. WITHDRAWAL FROM DHMS

TRANSFER STUDENTS (within the district)  

Parents of students who are transferring to another DCSD school should send an email to DHMS Registrar Ms. Cloud ([email protected]) with your student’s name, name of new school, last day of attendance, and your ID. Please then complete the Current Student/Annual Verification through the Parent Portal. Information about the Parent Portal can be found below. Please contact the new school for additional registration procedures. Chromebooks, chargers, library books, and other school materials must be returned prior to withdrawal.

Parents of students who are transferring outside of DCSD should send an email to DHMS Registrar Ms. Cloud ([email protected]) with your student’s name, name of new school, last day of attendance, and your ID. DHMS parents must have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal account to complete Annual Verifications, update student information, access Progress/Report cards, and more!
